Went to Yamba last weekend to re-charge and feel the warmth. Beechwood Cafe is my favorite place to go when in Yamba, and as it would happen the lovely owner, Sevtap Yuce, was about to leave for England to launch her cookbook ‘Turkish Flavours’. This was her last day for 2 month, – couldn’t beleive my luck. And she cooked up a storm !!
