This tree goes very well with the Nordic Nisse Gnomes.
The Nisse (gnome) is one of the most familiar creatures of Nordic folklore. They are typically associated with the Christmas season, and they were a big part of the Christmas decorations in my childhood. They are generally described as being short, having a long white beard, and wearing a conical cap in grey, red or some other bright colour.
With the romanticisation and collection of folklore during the 19th century, the Nisse gained popularity and became a subject to collect. You will always find a Nisse collection in a Danish home.
Each Christmas tree is hand shaped and coloured by us from start to finish. The surface is glazed with a food-safe, non-toxic glaze, leaving some areas raw. Inspired by many childhood Christmas’s in Denmark.
All Christmas Trees are individual and unique. They vary in hight between 12-14cm
