Description
During spring and winter 2018 I went around the New England area here in Australia where I live and painted a series of small to medium sized paintings ‘en-plein-air’. They were later finished in my studio. It has long been a wish of mine to be inspired by the beautiful nature that surrounds me and to transfer this beauty into abstract paintings. A collection of 33 of these paintings were a part of my 2019 exhibition ‘LANDLIV’ which means rural life in Danish.

‘High Country Autumn’ – 2018
Acrylic paint and ink on wood panel.
Measures 25cm x 20cm with 3.8cm wide sides. Unframed, but painted white on the sides and is ready to hang.
