Description
Winter Silhouette is a series of 6 small mixed media paintings.
They are painted on art paper, and I have used acrylic paint and sometimes a bit of old paper for the background to built up layers. I then painted the motif with black ink.
My inspiration for this series came from the winter landscapes of both my home country of Denmark and my current home in the New England of Australia, – seeing the stark contrast of the bare tree branches against the winter whiteness.
Details:
Framed in a black thin timber frame with D-rings and string – ready to hang.
The actual artwork measures 100 x 100mm –including frame it measures 205 x 205
Acrylic paint, ink and old papers on art paper.
Signed on the front and back.
