Shipping, packing and GST
Shipping within Australia
Shipping fee for deliveries within Australia is calculated at check-out.
International shipping
Shipping fee for outside Australia is not calculated at the check-out, but will be invoiced seperately after the order has been packed. If you would like a quote before hand – please send us an email. In some cases – where international cities has the same postal codes as Australia, a preliminary shipping fee will be calculated.
Packing of orders
Orders are packed very carefully in solid cardboard boxes or in padded envelopes. Ceramics are labeled with a FRAGILE sticker.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
GST is not included in the prices.
Returns, cancellations and exchanges
Returns and cancellations policy
I don’t accept returns and exchanges, but please contact me within 2 days of receiving an item if there is a problem.
My package has not been delivered yet
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation!
**However, please be aware that I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping**
Cancellations policy
I gladly accept cancellations if your request for a cancellation happens within 24 hours of purchase.
