Butter Dish - rustic and versatile - white glaze with speckles 8-31

With its beautiful easy-to-hold organic design this butter dish is great for storing and keeping your butter fresh. Alternatively use it for berries, chocolate or cheese.

Each butter dish is hand shaped and coloured by one pair of hands from start to finish, creating a gorgeous rustic and earthy feel. The surface is glazed with a food-safe, non-toxic white glaze, the base and edges are left raw, thereby showing the natural beauty of the clay. Inspired by the 1960’s Scandinavian Design I grew up with and the love for the Country Cottage/Farmhouse Style

The butter dish is made with attention to detail and intentional imperfections. This results in variation in shape and colour from piece to piece. Made to be used and loved every day. Dishwasher safe, but hand wash is always recommended. Due to the coarse clay it is not recommended for microwave.
