The Frida Dish - Medium round serving dish - Rustic with White glaze 10-10

Medium sized serving or decorative dish.

Enhanced when used as a candle dish or use it for your trinkets.

Each piece is meticulously crafted by artist Marianne la Cour from inception to completion. Marianne draws her creative inspiration from the Australian bush and the design aesthetics of 1960s Scandinavia, which she was raised with.

Crafted with a food-safe white glaze, the dish's base and rim are deliberately left unglazed to reveal the raw, earthy charm of the clay, giving the dish a rustic and organic essence. I have named it Frida after my paternal Grandmother, as the shape was inspired by one of her plastic containers (which I still have)

Every dish is a one-of-a-kind creation, and no two are precisely identical. They are handcrafted with an emphasis on detail and purposeful imperfections. This results in delightful variations in both form and hue from one piece to the next. These distinctions are celebrated, as they are an integral aspect of the artisanal production process.
